Refunds are given at the discretion of TimelessClassicElegance.com
- Refunds are given in the unlikely event shipments are lost or content should be damaged and returned to original condition;
- After contact with and acceptance of return by TimelessClassicElegance, shipments must be returned to sender by using FEDEX, with the same priority and type of service originally provided used;
- Shipments must be returned within 7 business days of delivery;
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, upon return of the products purchased;
- The original shipping charges are not refundable as the service was rendered.
